You may return most new, UNWORN, items, with intact packaging within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for exchange for an in store credit or refund. Merchandise that has been worn or used cannot be returned. Baby carriers cannot be returned.

If the product has been shipped to you you, the item can still be returned, however the buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways.

In the case of a product defect, each brand that we carry offers excellent warranty on manufacturers defects. If you have an issue or problem with any of your products purchased from The Diaper Drawer please contact us and we will work through the problem with the manufacturer and manufacturers warranty to get your product fixed or replaced as soon as possible. In some cases brands may require you to contact them directly, in this case we will direct you to their customer service team. In the event the problem is not covered under warranty, it will be up to The Diaper Drawer to determine weather or not we can replace the product for you. We do our best to ensure all product issues are resolved as quickly as possible and to our customer’s satisfaction.
